Mr. Christopher M. Hamel is a Advisor with Homeric Partners. Mr. Hamel has over 32 years of experience in progressively higher levels of management within the aerospace and defense industry. Prior to joining Homeric Partners in 2013, Mr. Hamel, as Senior Vice President of the Aerostructures Group for a $100 million company, led a global group of manufacturing divisions focused on composite and metal aircraft structures and components for the commercial, business, general aviation and rotorcraft markets. Mr. Hamel brings a wealth of real-world operating experience to Homeric Partners with a record of proven success and emphasis on strategic development, program management, business development and supply chain optimization. He recently established a $40 million advanced composites manufacturing center in the Charleston area.

Bill Vicary - Advisor

William Vicary

Mr. William Vicary, Jr. is a Advisor with Homeric Partners. Mr. Vicary a talented, results-driven professional with 20 years experience specializing in providing marketing, business development and sales in small to large companies in various industries. He started his career as a degreed engineer and successfully transitioned his career into marketing and sales. Therefore, he has a technical aptitude with hands-on business and financial acumen.

Bill is accomplished in working directly with numerous small to Fortune 500 companies both private and public clients, crossing several markets and multiple domestic and international geographic locations. He is known for being successful in developing, implementing and integrating marketing and sales programs. Creative, entrepreneurial, developer of processes, procedures and metrics; motivational leader with sound business knowledge, proven strategic planning skills, problem solver and instinctive ability to build and maintain long term client relationships.

Lee M. "Mike" Warburton - Advisor

Mike Warburton

Mike has joined our team as an Advisor. He comes to us after serving a 33 year Engineering career with both the USAF as well as completing 22 years with The Boeing Company. His career has purposefully integrated multiple highly visible positions of increasing responsibility within all aspects of the engineering value stream. From an end user (A-10/A-7/F-111 Systems Program Office, Mishap Investigation Lead, and Aircraft Depot Teams), through civil regulatory authority domain (FAA DER authorization for 17 years), to more than 22 years with the largest aerospace OEM in the world - forming, building, and operating one of the first, largest, and most decorated "Engineering Services" Organizations within The Boeing Company being credited as one of the main catalysts for the formation of the "Second Century Engineering" geographic diversification construct.

Throughout his career, Mike has had numerous technical leadership, management, and executive positions leading cross functional teams across all aspects of the aerospace/defense engineering services domain - both military as well as commercial platforms. His technical capabilities have spanned from conceptual design to fleet support and maintenance - from functional leadership and center of excellence development to applied research and development efforts for future or existing platforms.

Mike holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and an MS in Mechanical Engineering (Fracture Mechanics) from the University of California and has authored 15 technical publications in the areas of design/analysis optimization and integration, and Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP) topics such as damage tolerance analyses, service life extension programs, and crack growth events within aging aircraft. He currently resides in West Chester, PA with his wife and their 3 children. He enjoys astrophotography as a hobby, continues to participate in amateur boxing, and is the founder/president of the Boeing Boxing Club located in Chester, PA serving the local community.
